Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Announces Executive Management Appointment - Andrew Economon BILOXI, Miss., May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISLE) officials announced today the appointment of Andrew Economon as vice president of food and beverage for the corporate office, effective May 9. In this newly created position, Economon will be responsible for overseeing the company's food and beverage operations. He will also oversee the development and expansion of the company's food and beverage offerings. Economon, who was most recently working for Harrah's Entertainment as director of food and beverage at the Rio in Las Vegas, Nevada, brings with him over 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. Economon holds a degree in culinary arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, as well as a bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management from the Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston. Andrew and his wife, Stacy, who are expecting their first child in June, will be relocating to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
