Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 1, 2023, Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing operating and financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

The Company also issued a press release on May 1, 2023 announcing the initiation of Phase 2 of its 2022-2023 exploration drill program. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
