Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ:GFED), the holding
company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a
dividend per common share of $0.15 for its first quarter ending
March 31, 2021. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2021 to
stockholders of record on April 5, 2021.
