Explanation of Responses:
(1) The Reporting Person received a grant of restricted shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options on April 18, 2022 under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options beneficially owned by the Reporting Person will vest ratably on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of the grant, such that on April 18, 2025, the Reporting Person's shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options shall be 100% vested.
(2) The Reporting Person received a grant of restricted shares of Class A Common Stock on April 18, 2022 under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares of Class A Common Stock and Stock Options beneficially owned by the Reporting Person will vest ratably on each of the three-, six-, nine- and twelve-month anniversaries of the date of the grant, such that on April 18, 2023, the Reporting Person's shares of Class A Common Stock shall be 100% vested.
