(1)	Of the total number of time-based RSUs granted on February 12, 2019, 2,171 vested on February 12, 2020 and 2,171 shares vested on February 12, 2021. The remaining 2,170 shares will vest on February 12, 2022 if the reporting person is still employed as of those dates.
(2)	Of the total number of time-based RSUs granted on February 11, 2020, 2,304 vested on February 11, 2021. 2,304 shares will vest on each of February 11, 2022 and February 11, 2023 if the performance vesting requirement is met and if the reporting person is still employed as of those dates.
