(b) Departure of Named Executive Officer

On February 14, 2020, Erie Indemnity Company (the “Registrant”) was notified by Bradley G. Postema, a named executive officer, that he was resigning from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the Registrant, effective February 14, 2020.
