Eltek Declares a Cash Dividend of $0.22 per Share
Petach-Tikva, Israel, November 28, 2023 Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELTK), a global manufacturer
and supplier of technologically advanced solutions in the field of printed circuit boards, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of US$0.22 per share and in the aggregate an amount of approximately
US$1.3 million.
The dividend is payable on December 21, 2023, in US dollars, to all of the Company’s shareholders of record as of December 13, 2023. The
dividend is subject to a withholding tax at the rate of 25%.
“We are proud to announce the dividend to be distributed to Eltek's shareholders. We believe that this dividend reflects all of the hard
work and significant achievements of the Company and its management over the past year,” said Yitzhak Nissan, Chairman of the Board Directors of Eltek.
