On September 24, 2007, Darin L. White announced that he would be resigning from his positions as the Vice President, Finance and Secretary of Celebrate Express, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue a new employment opportunity effective October 12, 2007. The Company is currently conducting a search for his replacement.
