Mr. Hamilton previously served as Associate General Counsel of Veolia Water North America, previously known as USFilter Operating Services, Inc., a leading worldwide integrated water services and environmental company. As the Company�s General Counsel, Mr. Hamilton will be responsible for the overall guidance of the Company�s legal needs; including SEC regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, agreements, acquisitions, etc. Scott will report directly to Mike Stark, the Company�s President and Chief Operating Officer.
