Greenback Gains From Multi-week Low Against Russian Ruble

After touching a multi-week low of 30.8125 in early European
deals, the US dollar traded higher against the Russian ruble during
New York trading on Thursday. The greenback surged up to 31.0630
versus the ruble by about 8:25 am ET from yesterday's closing value
of 31.0355. Thereafter, the pair edged down slightly and currently
worth 30.88.
