ATLANTA, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) announced today that its initial public offering of 16,000,000 shares of common stock has priced at $26.00 per share. Of the total offering, ICE is selling 2,500,000 shares of common stock. The remaining 13,500,000 shares of common stock are being sold by existing shareholders. ICE intends to use the net proceeds from the IPO for general corporate purposes, including expanding and diversifying the Company's product and service offerings, and the repayment in full of outstanding long-term debt of $13 million. ICE will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders. The Company's shares are expected to commence trading tomorrow, November 16, 2005, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ICE".
