              Posting of second supplementary listing particulars

iSOFT Group plc ("iSOFT") and Torex PLC ("Torex") (together the "Companies")
announce that supplementary listing particulars of iSOFT have been posted to
iSOFT and Torex shareholders today.  The supplementary listing particulars
contain the full text of the announcement made by the Companies on 3 December
2003 regarding the judgement of the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the iSOFT
interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2003 which were released on
10 December 2003.

Copies of the supplementary listing particulars will shortly be available for
inspection, free of charge, at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North
Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (telephone number 020 7676 1000), during
normal business hours on any weekday (public holidays excepted) until the
completion of the merger.
