Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 18 May 2022 that Nick Yates, PDMR and Sales and Operations Director for Vimto Out of Home, sold 2,527 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 May 2022, at a price of 1,445 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Nick Yates has no shareholding in the Company.
