WNFT can't prosecute anything - Sharp can file a civil lawsuit. Is this another attempt by Sharp to keep dragging along because Sharp doesn't have any merger lined up.

Yes this is a different case, but I don't know if it will have any impact on someone wanting to do a merger. Maybe any potential suitor would want to wait until all legal stuff is done with? I don't know. I do know that I am beyond pissed off by this lunatic court system that seems to rob innocent people while protecting financial scammers.

I can't do anything about it. I am a poor person with no resources. There is nothing I can do to fix the non sensical court system or so called "rule of law" which is all fake and designed to steal from people as we seen from this so called "case."

So either this means nothing to any future merger because this seems more like a personal spat between sharp and calasse, or it could mean long delay because no merger partner wants to inherit active lawsuits? The share issue was dismissed which would be the most important thing to any potential merger. Either way, this personal lawsuit could go on for a while unless they both agree to drop it. I hate our so called judicial system. Such a joke, the whole thing. Wiped us out here 99% and nobody has a care in the world about it.

According to the Court appearance that they had on 3/18/25, George was all set to dismiss this case against Calasse, however, now Calasse will be asserting counterclaims so this case will be going on for a while longer.

This case has nothing to do with his control of the shell or anything that was on appeal. This has no bearing on any merger or incoming company imo. WNFT is prosecuting Calasse and going after him for monetary damages, there are no counterclaims from Calasse at all!!!

I just checked the Clark County website and it doesn't say it was dismissed, it says they are scheduling something. Not sure what that means, but it's not the dismissal people said would happen.

Sharp filed a Form 15 on 04/26/2024 - that was 11 months ago and Sharp still hasn't filed a new Form 10 and in almost 4 years Sharp hasn't filed 211 with FINRA so it is still a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.
