Cheniere Declares Quarterly Dividend

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“Cheniere”) (NYSE American: LNG) today
announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.435 per common share payable on February 23, 2024 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 6,
2024.
