AGM
The Board of Tritax Big Box REIT plc
(ticker: BBOX) announces that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting, held on 1 May 2024, all
resolutions were voted on by show of hands and were passed by the
Company's shareholders.
In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.2, a copy of the resolutions that do not constitute ordinary
business at an annual general meeting have been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
As at the date of the Company's
Annual General Meeting, there were 1,903,738,325 ordinary shares
with voting rights in issue.
