Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K timely without unreasonable expense as additional time is needed for the Company to compile and analyze supporting documentation in order to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its audit of the consolidated financial statements included in the Form 10-K. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K as soon as possible.

Attachment

 

The Company increased revenue and net income in the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023, as compared to the same period in 2022, by $106.5 million and $3.7 million, respectively. The increases were due to growth in all the Company’s business lines.

The Company does not expect any significant changes from the earnings release filed in its Current Report on Form 8-K on December 18, 2023.
