STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday it has acquired Eugen Theis GmbH, a distributor of vacuum equipment and service solutions that serves the German market.

Eugen Theis is based in Werther, Germany, and has four employees.

Atlas Copco said the purchase price is not material relative to its market capitalization and is not disclosed.
