of Certain Officers.
On
February 8, 2021, Integrity Applications, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has promoted Erez Ben-Zvi to General
Manager in addition to his current role as Vice President of Product, effective immediately, with a one time bonus of $18,000
and an increase in annual compensation of $36,000. Mr. Ben-Zvi will assume the day-to-day responsibilities of David Malka who
will be stepping down as President effective April 6, 2021.
