Black workers with a bachelor's degree had a lower average rate of unemployment in the 12 months ended in October 2020 than Latino workers. "The Outlook: Racial Gap Shapes Path to Recovery -- WSJ" at 2:33 a.m. ET on Nov. 30 incorrectly said Black workers have a higher unemployment rate at each level of educational attainment than Latino workers.
