On May 15, 2020, the following proposals were approved by the stockholders of Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) at the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders:

 

· Election of eight directors to serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified at the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their earlier death, resignation or removal; and

 

· Ratification of the selection of BDO USA, LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.
