Explanation of Responses:

(1)

The reported securities are represented by restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of SLNO common stock. The RSUs shall start vesting on January 23, 2020 and shall vest twenty-five percent (25%) on each year anniversary, such that twenty-five percent (25%) shall vest on January 22, 2021, twenty-five percent (25%) shall vest on January 22, 2022, twenty-five percent (25%) shall vest on January 22, 2023 and twenty-five percent (25%) shall vest on January 22, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such date.
