On May 15, 2018, Trilogy Metals Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the shareholders of the Company voted in favour of all items of business before the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders, held on May 15, 2018, and that the nominees to the board of directors (the “Board”) listed in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2018, were all elected to the Board. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
