Cresval Capital Corp. (TSXV:CRV) (“Cresval” or the “Company”) wishes to update shareholders on the status of the pending business combination with Tess Inc. (see news release dated January 17, 2018).  Cresval is pleased to report that it received conditional acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange on the plan of arrangment.  Cresval will proceed with setting a date for its next Annual General and Special Meeting to approve the plan of arrangement, and file a Petition for court approval of the proxy materials and plan of arrangementas soon as practicable.
