Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 1, 2018, Command Security Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the loss of a significant portion of the Company’s scope of work with a major internet retailer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
