Explanatory Note:
On February 21, 2018, China Customer
Relations Centers, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its receipt of a Nasdaq notice of deficiency
that the Registrant no longer meets the Nasdaq Capital Market’s continued listing requirement of a minimum of 300 public
holders, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(3). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
