Resignation of Mark Hurley from the Board of Directors

On November 27, 2017, Mark Hurley submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of November 27, 2017. The Company is filing this Form 8-K pursuant to Item 5.02(b), “Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.”
