Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 30, 2017, the Board of Directors of CTD Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in the annual base salary of Jeffrey L. Tate, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer, from $152,000 to $177,000.
