Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 30, 2017, Gerald Bailey provided Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) with notice of his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective August 31, 2017. Mr. Bailey’s resignation from the Board was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
