will open a 29,981 square-foot store at Park Meadows Mall in Lone
Tree, Colo. in April 2008. The store will be in the new 154,000
square-foot expansion lifestyle center called "The Vistas" at Park
Meadows, which is located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and

site was selected based on a variety of factors, including consumer
demographics, the strength of the co-tenants, traffic patterns, the
availability of parking, visibility and the overall attractiveness
of the new site. To anticipate the opening of the relocating store,
the 27,800 square- foot Borders store currently located in
Englewood will close. This will be done to better meet the growing
needs of the surrounding community. Borders will work closely with
the current employees to find positions at the new store. The
opening of this new store is expected to create approximately 20
