On June 30, 2020, Fifth Third Bancorp (“Fifth Third”) issued a press release announcing its indicative stress capital buffer requirement under the Federal Reserve Board’s 2020 Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review process, effective October 1, 2020, as well as intentions surrounding capital actions through at least the remainder of 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
