Like you say stock will bounce at one point so get them while they are cheap right ?use it for your own advantage and don’t squawk about it. That debt has to be paid plain and simple. There’s no way around it. What do you want them to do put up a bunch of fluff reports like all these OTCs do ? what’s your plan, I prefer to have somebody leading that takes care of Business that has a vision for the future not a vision for today. They don’t care about what that price is right now and any investor that’s in for a longer run don’t care but you the quick flipper wants it today , right ?

He's delusional on the topic of conversions. He had a fiduciary responsibility to protect all shareholders, not just ones with anti dilution provisions.

Stock will bounce at some point, but the upside is progressively less because he let the share count explode. He can blame lenders, but no one coerced him (to the best of my knowledge) to do those deals.

I think it’s really good that even on the weekend he’s quick responding and has no problems opening up about the company and situations. He actually asked me to get a hold of Schwab and tell them some some of the information he gave me because he’s concerned what they’re doing too. .

Yes. TD Ameritrade, now Schwab, was charging me commissions. So I now use Fidelity and $0 commission
including otc stocks.

Hey, thanks for the reply. What I find strange is Schwab shows commission at $6.95 until you place the trade, then applies/charges $50? I was in E-Trade many years ago, I think I'll check it out again. Thank you!

I've had no issues with etrade and OTC. I have not made any trades since 9/4/24, which was SINC. Fee was $6.95 at that time. I've previewed an order since all this talk of $50 has come up and it still showed it was going to be $6.95.

I noticed $50 commissions charged, on 2 of my trades yesterday, w/Schwab. It was actually charged on other stocks I happened to be trading yesterday? wtf is going on?! I've looked and not sure yet what my be a better option for OTC trading platform. Doe's anyone have suggestions. Is Etrade OTC friendly?

Yes its new, Schwab has assigned a ORDF designation on this stock, which I find wierd ,due to that stocks that are ORDF designated have 5 letters in the ticker symbol, such as SINCF.

not sure how a brokerage firm can just change an INC into an ORDF, when their is no symbol changed?

They started the $50 foriegn fees like 2 or 3 days ago. Before that it was the typical 6.95.
It also happened to me on AVAI one day its a U.S. inc, trade fees of 6.95, the next day its still a U.S. incorporation but say $50 per trade just because corporate America must snatch every dollar from us littler folks. Such deception and greed for every almighty $ they can concieve up , to snatch out of others purses. I had a chat with schwab Customer service, and the say, I must go to their Global division for answers.
But see I really dont have to do anything. Cuz I am transferring 90% of the funds that I have in this schwab account, to an external savings account. Unless they refund me $390 in the new bogus Foriegn issues commisions.

Lol, you're welcome! I did make $$ here and not sure If they got me for $50 per trade on those or not.

Only way to bid or buy now , is to place an all or none order, that way that dont hit your order for 50,000 share fills and charge your account a $50 fee for executing a fill of $40 of stock .
That has happened to me twice in the last 2 days.
BE SMARTER THAN SCHWABS BOGUS CORPORATE NEW SCAM ON CLIENTS.
