Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective October 31, 2008, Mr. James Medanich resigned from his position on the Energy Recovery, Inc. ("company") board of directors. Mr. Medanich was also a member of the Audit Committee. The Company plans to replace his former seat in the very near future.
