stock. The management also shares in 35% of future profits. As part of this transaction, the Company retains the services of Robert Blagman, who ha over 30
years of experience in network sales, communications and management. The expectation is that MWML will generate revenues from ad sales aired on any
number of networks contracted.

Well for all the exciting Blagman posts this stock doesn't move. Maybe the Schlenk curse is for real.

The fins do list MWWC. But there is no injvestments or any assets listed in the financials. Investments are capitalized costs and are subject to IRS reporting. So are expenses they claim are being incurred such as set designs, payments to producer, fees to other contractors and so forth.
They do list a nominal amount of $10,000 under Goodwill for MWWC.
Finally under thr following. There is nothing!

Blagman Pfd E shares convert into 40,000,000 common shares of MWWC...it states this in financials...Schlenks 39,000 shares convert to 39,000 common

so UPPER controlling management (even though Blagman hasn't officially become anything) own $4k and $4 worth of the
6 billlllllllion issued here and
financials further state Ralston $927k debt conversion add up to 37,000,000,000 ..yep 37 billion common conversion

ALL IN FINANCIALS...so A3 maybe explain the "meaning" ?

If you could read or understand you'd get the meaning of those 400k series E pfd Blagman has. But from many boards I'm not sure you're good at OTC investing.
