--Apple Inc. (AAPL) is planning to release a low-cost laptop later this year, with a display featuring a higher-resolution version of the "Retina" technology that Apple uses on other products, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the plans.

--Apple is also planning to introduce three new iPhones, Apple Watches that have larger screens and new iPad Pros, the report said, citing other people familiar with the plans.

--Apple is also planning an upgrade to the Mac mini, the report said.

--A company spokesman declined to comment, Bloomberg reported.
