NEW YORK AND MONTREAL, Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Canwealth Minerals
Corporation and partner ICBS Ltd., (OTCPK:
ICBT), announced today that its Golden Ridge
claim assay results confirm , 40 grams of Gold per ton. Company
current deep core drilling program to locate extent of vein.
The Golden Ridge property is located in the
Townships of Languedoc and Disson
approx. 52 km northwest of Amos
Quebec in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The claim is
100% owned by Canwealth Minerals Corporation. It is comprised of 4
claim cells totaling 227 hectares or 560 acres. The claim
cells are located well within the Abitibi Green Stone belt zone of
the Grenville province. This
orogenic geological structure is considered a highly favourable
site for exploration of gold and copper.
The company is currently in the process of its
phase 3 drilling program which is expected to continue until
the end of November 2011, weather
permitting. As sample cores are received back from the drilling
sites, the company will forward them to AGAT Laboratories of
Mississauga Ontario for assay, the
results of which are expected by late fall on through December 2011.
The main thrust of the exploration will to be
focused on sites that have a strong indication of precious
minerals, such as Gold, Silver and Copper .
The company's current strategic direction is, to
seek out properties/claims known to have high value mineral targets
which will lead rapidly to the advanced exploration and development
stages.
