He would first need to nearly completely rewrite the text of the reports, as a minimum, assuming the numbers are correct, for the last 2 years plus, to: remove factual errors, remove out of date information, document his actions, in the reports for the given time period and not in follow-on reports, etc. Also, I surmise that he is astute and unscrupulous enough to not want to put further light of day on his indefensible 03/28/23 grift of 5.7% of company shares (extra 95.6M shares, with $2.58M fair market value, beyond what was actually due to him for $118.2K owed), which, in no way, shape or form, should ever pass an audit or his legal and fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.

I hope that your assertion is correct. However, until Otiko's self-enriching MO and track record changes, I surmise that 2024 10-K will be, at best, on time (end of March) or, possibly, late. Since he continues to avoid announcing the value of the deal(s) for the two shipments, he is seemingly likely to be deliberately delaying the obvious, meaning the company bottom line showing significant loss from the announced sales, after his undeserved, ridiculous 60% "bonus" and repaying the new creditors (equivalent of 50%+ interest, when fees are included) and cost of production.
