p.m., nearly nine hundred Chicagoans are expected to gather
at the Sheraton Grand Chicago, ready to sample cuisine from top
local restaurants for the 23rd annual St. Jude Four
Stars of Chicago Restaurant Extravaganza. This popular event is a
time-honored tradition of food, cocktails and live and silent
auctions benefiting St. Jude Children's Research
Hospital®.
Since its inception in 1995, the St. Jude Four Stars of Chicago
Restaurant Extravaganza has raised more than $10 million for the kids of St. Jude, which is
leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood
cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Featured speakers for the event will include a St. Jude patient
from Peoria, who plans to share
her touching journey to remission. Among the famous restaurants
that are presenting samplings of their cuisine will be Chicago favorites like RPM Steak and
Mercadito; new restaurant participants such as Gus's Fried Chicken
and Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab; and iconic snack
classics like Garrett Popcorn Shops.
