TV Land Snags Eliot Goldberg for West Coast Senior Vice President, Development and Original Programming for TV Land PRIME

LOS ANGELES, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Reality television veteran
Eliot Goldberg will join TV Land as senior vice president,
development and original programming, beginning April 1st, 2009, it
was announced today by Larry W. Jones, president of TV Land.
Goldberg, who most recently had been executive vice president at
Ryan Seacrest Productions, is charged with developing and producing
original programs for the new TV Land programming block, TV Land
PRIME. This newly created position is based in Century City and
Goldberg reports to Keith Cox, executive vice president,
development and original programming, TV Land. "We couldn't be more
thrilled to have Eliot join our team to give TV Land an increased
presence in Hollywood," states Larry W. Jones, president, TV Land.

original programming agenda." Prior to joining TV Land, Goldberg
served as executive vice president of programming and development
at Ryan Seacrest Productions, reporting to Seacrest directly, where
he created and executive produced hits such as E!'s "Keeping Up
with the Kardashians" and "Denise Richards: It's Complicated" and
oversaw NBC's "Momma's Boys" and MTV's "Bromance." Launched from
scratch, Goldberg spent the past three years building Ryan Seacrest
Productions into one of the industry's top production companies.
Prior to joining Seacrest Productions, Goldberg was vice president
of alternative programming for the WB Network. During his tenure at
the WB, he successfully launched hits like "Beauty and the Geek"
seasons one and two and "Starlet" to name a few. Earlier in his
career, while at Stone Stanley Entertainment, Goldberg was the vice
president of current programming overseeing a slate of numerous
network and cable hits such as "Mole 2," "Celebrity Mole Hawaii,"
and "Celebrity Mole Yucatan" for ABC; "Fame" for NBC; "Popstars"
for The WB and "The Joe Schmo Show" for Spike. Prior to Stone
Stanley, Goldberg held various positions at VH1, Buena Vista
Television and Access Hollywood. Goldberg is an alum of University
