Zeehan Zinc announces that on 21 December 2007 it was notified that Empire
Energy Corporation International ("Empire"), has disposed of its entire
beneficial shareholding of 7,641,403 ordinary shares in the Company.


Brian Caffyn, Michael Roberts, Clive Burrett and Frank Lewis, all non-executive
directors of the Company, are interested in 1.2%, 1.2%, 0.3% and 0.05%
respectively of the issued share capital of Empire.
