When SNPWs RS occurred the OS decreased by factor of 4k and likewise the PPS increased by a factor of 4k with the AS remaining constant @ 1B.

Poor fella doesn’t even realize he has already been diluted. Roughly one billion new shares were created in the recent reverse split. Stock is down over 50% since the reverse split.

Now he will tell you there isn’t any dilution since the company hasn’t issued/used any of the new shares created from the reverse. All is fine - right? Maybe he should look at his significantly decreased account value since the reverse. It would seem more plausible to believe the programs are dead if there is nothing to update in 6-12 months plus. If so, just state they are dead or shelved. If not, update where the projects stand. Agree.

Many penny stocks go into long periods of silence and do a lot of business building behind the scenes and emerge far far stronger then before they entered the quiet time. Show zero signs of this with snpw.

Curious if you follow the same philosophy the same way of all the penny stocks you follow. (if you follow pennies? The history of optimism followed by failures or the fading away of potential optimism puts snpw in a different classification for me.

I disagree with your below statement. I think there are significant topics to talk about, or have snpw update their shareholders.

Topics such as:

Snpw tweeted last September they were working on their filings. It’s been 3 months since this tweet, what’s the status of these filings? Noting that filings are due every 3 months it would seem reasonable for an update.

Earlier this year snpw tweeted a site visit for a facility. What’s the current status of identifying a facility?

What is the status of financing?

Is there a connection between Solray and snpw?

Foxess products seem to be doing well in a number of regions, why not the United States. Is snpw actively promoting Foxess? If so, how? If not, why not?

I could add more but I think the above outlines why I believe there are things to talk about, be updated on.

Some have previously stated that there is nothing to update, nothing new on the above topics so there is nothing to update. I don’t buy this excuse based reasoning. Yes in end up the project was denied,

but in other for the West Warwick Town and Planning boards to give its approval at the local selected, to move forward one would think it was reviewed by a Civil Engineer and given their approval for the project and the location.

West Warwick Town Board, West Warwick Planning board, Civil Engineer and RI-DEM all approved the project, FoXEss remains on the SPPC website, and Sun Group expanded it relationship with SPPC, yet some call this a scam.

With nothing out of the company, there really isn' t anything current about SNPW to talk about here.

Wow, look at all those available shares to use as snpw may deem beneficial. Would bring a whole new meaning to potential dilution - roughly 250 thousand outstanding and a potential 999.75million to use going forward.

SNPW: Sugarfree Nutritious Pie Wow

Can I use a sweetener instead of sugar? Maple syrup

Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust * See notes
15 ounces pumpkin puree
1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornflour or cornstarch

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Prepare your pie crust and set aside

Place the pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cornflour in a saucepan and stir well, ensuring the cornflour has dissolved completely. Place over medium heat and stir continuously until thickened and gently bubbling.

Use a stick or hand mixer to blend everything together, until smooth and creamy. Allow the filling to cool slightly, before transferring to the pie crust.

Place the pie in the oven and bake in the oven for around 40 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.

Allow the pie to cool completely before refrigerating for at least an hour, to firm up.

Notes
* For a homemade pie crust, add 1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 cup of cold unsalted butter to a high-speed blender. Blend until a crumbly texture remains. Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. Smooth out the dough, cover it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for an hour.
TO STORE: Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week.
TO FREEZE: Place slices of the pumpkin pie in a shallow container and store it in the freezer for up to six months.
