68.9% of that is invested into bitcoin and ethereum if you take a look at bitcoin dominance on CMC. Not to mention the other large "blue chip" coins like Solana, Tether, XRP, BNB, stable coins etc. Those assets aren't necessarily a "gamble" investment that of which can run 10, 20, 100x like shitcoins and otc penny tickers. I'm not saying that you're wrong and the younger crowd is entering crypto, I'd agree with that. However I'm sure you understand how crypto seasons work. Bull run crypto is the shit, bear and everyone runs. The market will ALWAYS chase a green chart. Whether that's in scratchmybackcoin or an OTC ticker is irrelevant. Crypto mass adoption has not occurred yet. How many people do you know that are even capable of setting up a wallet, protecting a seed phrase, transferring from fiat to crypto via an exchange, transferring that to a another hot wallet capable of trading particular alts, profiting from said alts, swapping back to an acceptable currency of your exchange of choice and converting profits back to fiat all the while taking into account tax implications? It's not a streamlined process yet... For me personally I don't know many that are capable. I do however know many people that can set up an account on Charles Schwab and seamlessly trade. Blah blah blah I'm rambling here but you seem to be alluding to it's the end for OTC tickers and I disagree. Attention and volume constantly seeking the green candle wherever it may be. Hey Buddy. The Crypto market cap is 3.68 trillion dollars. Like it or not, this is where the money is flowing in to and a competitive market to the old school OTC.
Like it or not, the younger generation is loading crypto at the expense of the OTC.

Dude 99% of crypto is a scam and either a rug or slow rug lol. Theres a new coin created every minute. The OTC is a far safer place to do a high risk trade. Seems Nick was confused on his Form 15 filings back in July.
He filed Form 15 three times.
On the last filing he changed the "Approximate number of holders of record as of the certification or notice date" from 570 to "4 whole lot holders". LOL

Now he will tell you there isn’t any dilution since the company hasn’t issued/used any of the new shares created from the reverse. All is fine - right? Maybe he should look at his significantly decreased account value since the reverse. Curious if you follow the same philosophy the same way of all the penny stocks you follow. (if you follow pennies? The history of optimism followed by failures or the fading away of potential optimism puts snpw in a different classification for me.

1) Failures does not guarantee it is a scam, sometimes it is just failure do to lack of funding, real world events effects or incompetence.

I disagree with your below statement. I think there are significant topics to talk about, or have snpw update their shareholders.

Topics such as:

Snpw tweeted last September they were working on their filings. It’s been 3 months since this tweet, what’s the status of these filings? Noting that filings are due every 3 months it would seem reasonable for an update.

Earlier this year snpw tweeted a site visit for a facility. What’s the current status of identifying a facility?

What is the status of financing?

Is there a connection between Solray and snpw?

Foxess products seem to be doing well in a number of regions, why not the United States. Is snpw actively promoting Foxess? If so, how? If not, why not?

I could add more but I think the above outlines why I believe there are things to talk about, be updated on.

Some have previously stated that there is nothing to update, nothing new on the above topics so there is nothing to update. I don’t buy this excuse based reasoning. I can help but go back to how this all started for me here, Medrecycler-RI.

Yes in end up the project was denied,

but in other for the West Warwick Town and Planning boards to give its approval at the local selected, to move forward one would think it was reviewed by a Civil Engineer and given their approval for the project and the location.

West Warwick Town Board, West Warwick Planning board, Civil Engineer and RI-DEM all approved the project, FoXEss remains on the SPPC website, and Sun Group expanded it relationship with SPPC, yet some call this a scam.

With nothing out of the company, there really isn' t anything current about SNPW to talk about here.
