Sale of Vessel

Yujin International Ltd, the owner and charterer of a fleet of tankers operating in the Asia Pacific region today announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Yujin Tankers Pte Ltd has completed the sale of 1990-built 4,280 dwt single hull port limit trading bunker tanker, M/T Ruby Express. The purchaser is a St. Vincent and the Grenadines registered operator that paid total cash consideration of US$0.5 million. The vessel will be delivered to her new owners on 22(nd) August 2013. Proceeds of the sale will be used to partly repay an existing bank loan and for working capital purposes.

The Company has one remaining bunker tanker currently on time charter. Both regional tankers, Arcturus and Team Bee, are on time charter.
