Notification of Major Interests in Shares

Notification in accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985

The Company received a notification today from M&G Investment Management 
Limited, informing it that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary 
companies have a notifiable interest in 7,520,134 shares representing 12.23% 
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
