The Company has been advised by Gartmore Investment Management plc that,
following a transfer of funds to another Investment Management Company, the
aggregate discretionary holding in the Company of Gartmore Investment Limited
(GIL), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited (GFM) and Gartmore Global Partners (GGP),
pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act"), is now 9.52%.

As a result, they no longer have a reportable interest in the Company.
