                                 Board Change


In Watermark Group plc's ("Watermark" or "the Company") AGM statement and
trading update dated 25 June, we announced that Heads of Terms had been agreed
for the purchase of Media on the Move, as well as two separate joint ventures,
all of which go towards putting in place the cornerstones of an outsourcing
business that can lower airlines' operational costs through the provision of a
total cabin management system for products and services used inflight.

As part of the process of change and of building for the future, we have looked
at ways of strengthening the Group's Executive Committee by restructuring
various roles and responsibilities within the main Board.

As a result, Kevin Peat will now move from the main Board to devote the whole of
his time to the role of Group Commercial Director within the Executive
Committee, which has full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the
Company.  Mr Peat will remain a Director of Watermark Limited, the Company's
main operating subsidiary.
