                       Blanchard's #1,000,000 Contract Win

Aim listed support services group The Wigmore Group Plc is pleased to announce
that Blanchards, its Building and Maintenance Division based in Salisbury, has
been awarded a maintenance contract over two years with a value of #1,000,000 by
existing client Salisbury District Council.

The two-year contract will commence on 1st April 2004 and has an estimated value
of #500,000 p.a. The Council's objective is to create a longer-term partnership
relationship with Blanchards following the expiry of this contract in 31st March
2006. The contract scope includes responsivemaintenance, void properties and
disabled adaptations to the Salisbury District Council housing stock.
