                             Change of Directorship

The Wigmore Group Plc ("Wigmore" or the "Company") announces the resignation of
its Group Finance Director, Peter Grisman.

Wigmore is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Howard Sidlin as Group
Finance Director with immediate effect. Mark (39) qualified as a chartered
accountant in 1990 and remained in private practice until 1998, during which
time he was an audit and IT partner, advising clients on systems development,
corporate finance and technical accounting issues.

In 1998 he became Finance Director of MBA Michael Bailey Associates Plc ("MBA"),
a pan European IT consultancy group with offices in the UK, the Netherlands,
Germany, France and Scandinavia. During Mark's period as Finance Director of MBA
he achieved: in 1999 a successful IPO on NASDAQ Europe (formerly EASDAQ); in
2000, the acquisition of Intelligent Solutions, a UK IT and worldwide Telecomms
consultancy; and in 2003, the de-listing of MBA from NASDAQ Europe. Having left
MBA in 2003, Mark completed a project coordinating the 2003 annual report for
the Compass Group PLC.

Mark is aFellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
and a member of the institute's IT Faculty.
