Director/PDMR Shareholdings 
 
 
The Company was notified on 2 April 2009 of the following changes in the 
interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities 
(PDMRs) in the Ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company (Shares). 
 
 
The following award of free shares was made under the terms of the Company's 
Share Incentive Plan in respect of 2008. The Shares were purchased on 1 April 
2009, their allocation was finalised on 2 April 2008 and are held in trust by 
Share Nominees Limited. The value attributable to the Shares awarded was 815 
pence per share. The total shareholdings as given below are those in which each 
Director or PDMR has a beneficial interest.
