Issue of Convertible Unsecured Bonds



Following the approval of the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General
Meetings of the Company held on 15 August 2007, the Company announces that #151
million of 3.25 per cent. convertible unsecured bonds have today been issued as
described in the announcement released by the Company dated 19 July 2007.
