Listing of New Shares

At 8.00 a.m on 24 July 2007, 6,033,906 Ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Shares")
were admitted to the Official List following application made to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares were issued in connection with the Sale and Purchase Agreement
entered into with ArcLight Capital Partners as detailed in the Circular to
shareholders dated 19 July 2007.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
